As board-certified mental health professionals, we understand that recovery is non-linear.  We offer flexibility and support as we work with you through your trials.  We strive to help you restore and maintain your mental health through medication management and the promotion of healthy habits.  We treat the whole person using evidence-based practices to induce the best patient outcomes.


Psychiatric Evaluations

We offer evaluations of symptoms and conditions to provide diagnostic information.

Medication Management

We prescribe medications to treat conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, psychosis, and binge eating, for example. We also offer medication regimen reviews and deprescribing.

Treatment Referrals

We focus on sourcing referrals for counseling, psychotherapy, neuropsychological testing, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT), substance use treatment, and other specialized treatment.

GeneSight Testing

We may provide orders for clients' genetic testing which potentially reveals medication options that are compatible to genetic makeup.

Addictions Treatment

We offer substance use disorder treatment to include medications such as oral naltrexone, campral, vivitrol, and suboxone.

Dr. Teshera Tull-Yearwood, DNP MSN PMHNP-BC APRN

Owner - Prescriber

Dr. Tull-Yearwood is a doctorally-prepared nurse practitioner who is board-certified in mental health. She is dually licensed to prescribe in MA and RI. She brings over 10 years of experience to the team through working in outpatient, inpatient, and residential settings to her role with RAWHS. She is currently accepting patients aged 12-65 for telehealth appointments only. Treated disorders include anxiety, depression, bipolar, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, and psychosis-related disorders. She has a special interest and an ongoing commitment to treating Substance Use Disorders, including dual diagnoses, through the use of medication assisted treatment. With the understanding that mental health recovery is non-linear, she pinpoints her focus on symptoms and mental status changes to help patients restore and maintain optimal mental health functioning through medication management and the promotion of healthy habits. She prides herself on building strong relationships with a non-judgmental approach and treating each person holistically using evidence-based practices to result in the safest patient outcomes, overall.

Are you taking new patients?

YES, we are currently accepting patients aged 12 to 65.

How long will it take to get an intake appointment?

It typically takes up to 1 week for an appointment to be scheduled.  See linked referral form (LINK OR  FILE OF FORM)

How long will my appointment take?

An intake is scheduled for an hour while a follow up appointment is scheduled for at least 20 minutes.
